Mindful Living Online began as an exercise in my own mindfulness practice. I was seeking information to further my personal health goals. My discoveries helped me to make positive changes and I wanted to share that abundance with friends. The more I learn, the more I want to share.

ML combines some of the best mindfulness content online and delivers it to you in one easy to access location. The goal of MLO is to make mindfulness accessible and share its benefits broadly. You don’t have to be a yogi to practice mindfulness. Mindfulness has positive applications in daily life, home, business, relationships. Practicing mindfulness in a way that is comfortable for you will enhance your balance, creativity, effectiveness and overall enjoyment of life.

I'm deeply grateful for the impact that mindfulness has had in my life and wish the same for others. I don't believe in perfection, but progress. Everyone's mindfulness practice will be unique and workable for them.
